Muhammad Faheem Khan ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pakistan Pigeon Tournaments mobile application (the "App"). This App serves as a commercial platform providing digital management for pigeon flying tournaments in Pakistan, real-time leaderboards, and a public community Marketplace for buying, selling, and listing pigeons and related products.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By accessing or using the App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways depending on how you interact with the App:

1.1. Account & Profile Information (Organizers, Hosts, and Marketplace Users)

When you log in or register via Google Sign-In or email (as a Host, Organizer, or Marketplace Buyer/Seller), we collect:

• Google Identity Data: Full name, email address, and profile picture provided by your Google Account during authentication.
• Contact Details: Phone number / WhatsApp contact number (for account verification and buyer-seller communication).
• Profile Details: Loft/Club name and City/Region.

1.2. Marketplace & User-Generated Content (UGC) Data

When you create a listing on the Marketplace, we collect:

• Listing Content: Product/pigeon titles, descriptions, pricing, health/flight condition details, and category information.
• Media: Images and photos uploaded directly from your device's camera or photo gallery (collected only with your explicit runtime permission).
• Seller Contact Info: Phone/WhatsApp contact details provided to allow prospective buyers to reach out to you.

1.3. Location Data (Marketplace Listings)

On-Demand Location Access: When you post or edit a listing in the Marketplace, we collect your approximate or precise geographic location (latitude and longitude) only when you manually tap the "Fetch Location" or "Set Location" button.

Purpose: Location data is collected solely to show prospective buyers the general city or area where the item/pigeon is located.

Background Location: We do not track your location in the background when the App is closed or when you are simply browsing.

1.4. Tournament & Race Participant Data

Hosts use the App to record race metrics. Data includes:

• Participant Details: Participant name, city/loft location, and internal registration contact numbers.
• Race Records: Pigeon ring numbers, start times, landing times, and flight durations.

Note: Participant names, city names, and race flight times are publicly displayed on tournament leaderboards.

1.5. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, Google Firebase and AdMob may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), IP address, and app crash logs.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Safety Standards

The App contains a public Marketplace featuring content uploaded directly by users. To comply with Google Play's User-Generated Content policies:

• Zero Tolerance Policy: We strictly prohibit inappropriate, unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent listings, as well as abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior.
• Reporting Mechanism: Every public listing contains a visible "Report" or "Flag" button. Users can report any listing that violates community standards or contains objectionable material.
• User Blocking: Users have access to an in-app "Block User" option to prevent seeing listings or receiving communications from specific individuals.
• Content Moderation & Account Suspension: Reported listings are reviewed by administrators within 24 hours. We reserve the right to immediately remove objectionable content and permanently ban accounts that violate these safety standards.

3. Marketplace Peer-to-Peer Transactions Disclaimer

The App provides an informational listing space to connect buyers and sellers of pigeons and pigeon-related equipment.

• No In-App Payments: We do not process direct financial transactions, credit card payments, or digital wallet transfers within the App.
• Third-Party Arrangements: All sales, price negotiations, payments, and product deliveries are arranged independently and directly between the buyer and seller. We accept no financial liability for peer-to-peer transactions.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use trusted, industry-standard third-party services to host our backend, manage logins, serve ads, and track app stability:

• Google Firebase: Firebase Authentication (logins), Cloud Firestore (database for user listings, profiles, and tournament records), and Firebase Storage (for media/images).
• Google AdMob: Serves personalized and non-personalized advertisements within the App. AdMob may utilize device identifiers and cookies to show relevant ads.

5. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Service Delivery: To manage tournament scorecards, live leaderboards, and user listings in the Marketplace.
• Public Leaderboards & Listings: To render participant rankings, flight durations, seller profiles, and product listings to app users.
• Authentication & Security: To authenticate logins via Google Sign-In, protect accounts, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Community Protection: To enforce user moderation, process reported content, and maintain a safe trading environment.
• Monetization & Analytics: To display relevant ads via AdMob and diagnose app crashes.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and preserve historical tournament records.

• In-App Account Deletion: You can request account deletion directly inside the App by navigating to Profile / Settings ➔ Delete Account.
• Web Request Link / Direct Contact: If you cannot access the App, you may submit a formal data deletion request by emailing the developer at faheemkhan4541@gmail.com or reaching out via WhatsApp at +92 315 3310011.
• What Gets Deleted: Upon receiving a valid deletion request, your Google account link, seller profile, active Marketplace listings, uploaded photos, and personal contact info will be permanently purged from our Firebase databases within 7 business days.

Note: Historical tournament leaderboards that have already concluded may retain flight durations to preserve event record integrity.

7. Data Security

We enforce Google Firebase’s enterprise-grade encrypted databases and secure Firestore security rules to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet transmission method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is strictly not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect app updates or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App following any updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
