Thank you for choosing Pakistan Pigeon Tournaments, operated by Muhammad Faheem Khan. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the strict rules regarding financial transactions, tournament activation fees, accidental tournament deletions, and peer-to-peer Marketplace listings.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to the platform—including tournament creation fees, host dashboard activation charges, feature unlocks, promotional listing fees, and subscription charges—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once processed.

Because digital activation grants immediate access to cloud storage, automated leaderboard calculations, live web link generation, and server resources, we do not issue partial or full cash refunds after a tournament or feature has been created or activated.

2. Accidental Tournament Deletion & Re-creation Protocol

                Special Accidental Deletion Policy:

                If an organizer or tournament host accidentally deletes an approved active tournament from their Host Dashboard, the platform allows the tournament to be recreated and re-approved by the administrator under the same previously paid fee—without requiring double payment!

Requirements for Re-creation under the Same Fee:

Prompt Notice: The organizer must contact the administrator via WhatsApp (+92 315 3310011) or email (faheemkhan4541@gmail.com) within 7 business days of accidental deletion.
Verification: The host must provide the original tournament name, start date, host ID, and proof of payment.
Re-approval: Upon administrative verification, the recreated tournament will be approved for live publication without charging an additional fee.

3. Marketplace Peer-to-Peer Sales Disclaimer

The Pakistan Pigeon Tournaments app features an informational community Marketplace for pigeon hobbyists to list birds and equipment.

No In-App Clearing or Payment Handling: The platform does not collect, process, or clear payments for peer-to-peer bird purchases.
Direct Deals: All financial negotiations, payments (cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallets), and bird deliveries occur independently between the buyer and seller.
Zero Liability: We accept no financial responsibility, liability, or refund claims arising from peer-to-peer transactions between app users.
