Welcome to Pakistan Pigeon Tournaments, owned and operated by Muhammad Faheem Khan ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pakistan Pigeon Tournaments mobile application, live leaderboard web links, and Marketplace services.

By creating an account, browsing listings, or hosting a tournament through our platform, you agree to comply strictly with these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

To access features such as hosting a tournament, recording flight durations, or creating Marketplace listings, you must register using Google Sign-In or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety Rules

                Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Fraud:

                We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or offensive listings and communications.

Prohibited Content: Users must not upload fraudulent listings, misleading health/flight claims, profane language, or unauthorized media.
Reporting & Moderation: All Marketplace listings include a visible "Report" option. Our administrative team reviews reported content within 24 hours.
User Blocking & Account Suspension: Users can block abusive sellers in-app. Accounts violating community standards will be permanently banned.

3. Marketplace Peer-to-Peer Transactions Disclaimer

Our Marketplace serves solely as an informational notice board connecting pigeon enthusiasts, buyers, and sellers.

No In-App Payment Handling: The platform processes no direct financial transfers or credit card transactions for pigeon sales.
Independent Bargaining: Price negotiations, payment arrangements, and bird deliveries occur independently between the buyer and seller.
No Warranty or Financial Liability: We offer no warranty or financial guarantee regarding bird health, flight pedigree, or trade performance.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, source code, logo graphics, UI layout designs, and leaderboard algorithms are the exclusive property of Muhammad Faheem Khan. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
